Hi! My name is Andrea and welcome to The Healthy Law Student.

I am a third-year law student with a passion for all things fitness and beauty. I started this blog as a way to lessen my anxiety and keep myself accountable. I hope that I can help you in some way!

When I started law school, I stopped practicing most of the healthy habits I had developed throughout the years. I stopped going to the gym, sleeping, and taking care of myself. I also stopped pursuing any and all hobbies I once had because there was simply no time, or at least that is what I told myself.

On this page, I will post my fitness, beauty, and health tips. What has worked and what has not worked. I am not a professional, just a law student trying to stay healthy and sane.

    We must be on similar brainwaves because I wondered if someone had already started a blog like this and here you are! I am also a rising 2L, totally neglected my health during 1L, and have been preparing myself over the last few months to go into 2L year with healthy eating and exercise habits. Wishing you the best in the upcoming year and I look forward to seeing what else you will be posting!

      HI Paola! Thanks so much for coming reading the Blog. I think its so great for accountability in law school. Its so hard to stay on top of your health in law school. I am actually a risind 3l and I did the same thing you are doing when I went into 2L year. I wish you the best! If you ever need any advice feel free to reach out!
