Introductions

Hello! I am not sure how you found my page, but I am sure glad you did. Maybe it was the header or the crazy idea that maybe there is a healthier way to do law school? Either way, welcome!

First a bit about me.  I am a second-year law student at a rigorous law school in the United States. I went to law school with the hopes that I could get through the three years, while also staying in shape and keeping my sanity. Boy, was I wrong.

By the end of my first semester I had stopped going to the gym, eating healthy, and my anxiety was at an all-time high. My second semester was worse. I stopped getting adequate amounts of sleep and I had no idea why I even decided to go to law school.

At the start of my second year of law school, I decided that something had to change. This site is both a way to keep me accountable, but also share my experiences with you.

I am not an expert in fitness or health. These are just my experiences and what has or not worked for me.
